1 Acceptance of Terms

By visiting, registering on, or using any part of the jtea9 platform — including its website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, cashier, or any associated services — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be legally bound by them. This Agreement takes effect from the moment you complete your registration or, if earlier, from the moment you access any part of the platform.

These terms apply alongside any additional rules, promotional terms, game-specific rules, or supplementary policies published on jtea9 from time to time, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any supplementary document, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless the supplementary document explicitly states otherwise.

jtea9 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, a revised effective date will be published at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. Continued use of jtea9 after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To register and use jtea9, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. jtea9 is strictly an adult-only platform. Players must be 18 years or older to register, deposit, play, or withdraw.
• You are registering as an individual, acting on your own behalf, and not as a representative or agent of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or close relative of an employee or director of jtea9 or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners.
• You do not have an existing jtea9 account. Each individual may hold only one registered account. Opening multiple accounts is a breach of these terms and may result in permanent closure of all associated accounts.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list maintained by jtea9 and have not previously been permanently excluded from the platform.
• The personal information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and truthful.

Age Verification

jtea9 takes its 18+ age restriction seriously. Age verification may be requested at any point — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at random during account activity. Acceptable age verification documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed to jtea9's satisfaction will be suspended pending resolution and, if the player is confirmed to be under 18, permanently closed with any deposited funds returned and any winnings forfeited.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of jtea9 services — including depositing, playing games, placing sports bets, claiming bonuses, and withdrawing winnings — you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. By completing the registration process, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and all related policies.

Registration Requirements

During registration, you will be required to provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile number, and a valid email address. You must also create a unique username and a strong password. All information provided must be truthful and current. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of this Agreement and may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jtea9 account credentials, including your username and password. jtea9 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to the jtea9 support team.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must contact jtea9 support immediately via live chat. jtea9 will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation but accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to adequately protect your credentials.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered jtea9 account. Operating more than one account — whether in your own name or under different names — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jtea9 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any bonus funds, and withhold withdrawal requests pending a review of account activity.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

jtea9 is committed to operating a secure, fraud-resistant platform. As part of that commitment, KYC verification may be required before processing any withdrawal request, and may also be triggered at other times during your account activity. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo ID (NID or passport), proof of address, and — where required — verification of your payment method. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe following a request may result in account suspension.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jtea9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jtea9 supports a range of BDT payment methods designed to provide fast, convenient access for players across Bangladesh.

Supported Payment Methods

• Mobile Wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — instant deposit and withdrawal processing.
• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank — for larger transactions; processing times may vary.
• Cards: Visa and Mastercard debit cards issued by Bangladeshi banks.

Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit at jtea9 is ৳200 per transaction. Deposits are credited to your jtea9 account balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the relevant provider — typically within seconds for bKash and Nagad transactions. jtea9 does not charge any fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which jtea9 accepts no responsibility.

You may only deposit funds from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — i.e., payments made from a bKash, Nagad, or bank account belonging to someone other than you — are strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be receiving third-party deposits may be suspended pending review.

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that matches the one used for deposits, and must be in the same name as your registered jtea9 account. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to protect the security of player funds.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. jtea9 targets processing mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) within 45 minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days. jtea9 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if: (a) your account KYC verification is incomplete; (b) there are active bonus wagering requirements on your account; (c) jtea9 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity; or (d) the withdrawal amount originates primarily from funds that were deposited but never wagered.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jtea9 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL cricket season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other occasions relevant to Bangladesh players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions disclosed at the point of each offer.

General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in its individual offer terms.
• Bonuses are awarded in BDT and can only be used on eligible games as specified in the relevant offer. Some bonuses may be restricted to slots, live casino, or sportsbook markets only.
• Bonus funds are separate from your real-money balance. Real-money funds are used before bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at any one time unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• jtea9 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, including if a player is found to be abusing the bonus system.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using software to exploit bonus conditions, or placing opposing bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk — is strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, as well as permanent account closure.

Promotion-Specific Terms

Each individual promotion published on jtea9 will carry its own specific terms, including the applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit, maximum bonus amount, and expiry date. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these General Bonus Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall apply to that promotion only.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

jtea9 exclusively partners with game studios whose random number generator (RNG) engines are independently certified. All game outcomes on jtea9 — including slot spins, live dealer results, crash game multipliers, and sports betting markets — are generated by certified systems and are not influenced by jtea9 or any third party. Each game offered on the platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible from within the game interface.

Certified Game Providers

jtea9 operates titles from the following independently audited studios: Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction — including a game freeze, disconnection, server error, or display error — jtea9 reserves the right to void affected rounds and return the relevant stake to the player's account balance. If a malfunction results in a displayed payout that is inconsistent with the game's published pay table, jtea9 reserves the right to correct the payout to reflect the accurate amount. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

Sports Betting Market Rules

Sports betting markets on jtea9 are subject to specific market rules that govern settlement, void conditions, and push scenarios. These rules are available in the sportsbook section of the platform. jtea9 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, or where the odds were clearly incorrect due to a pricing error. Settlement of cricket, football, and other sports markets follows industry-standard event result determination rules and may reference official governing bodies such as the ICC, BCB, FIFA, or BFF.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jtea9. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and — where appropriate — referral to relevant legal authorities.

• Fraudulent activity of any kind, including the use of stolen payment credentials, identity fraud, or chargebacks on legitimate transactions.
• Money laundering or using jtea9 as a vehicle to conceal the origin of funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Collusion with other players in live casino or poker games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to interact with jtea9 games, the sportsbook, or the cashier in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches to obtain winnings that would not have arisen under normal operation. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a bug must be reported to support immediately and will be voided.
• Opening multiple accounts for any purpose, including to circumvent account restrictions, claim duplicate bonuses, or avoid responsible gaming limits.
• Providing false personal information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Allowing a third party to access or use your account, or playing on behalf of another person.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing jtea9 staff or other players via any communication channel.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by the Player

You may close your jtea9 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal verification requirements. Any unused bonus funds will be forfeited upon account closure as bonus credits cannot be cashed out without meeting the applicable wagering conditions.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period rather than a permanent account closure. Self-exclusion periods are available for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account is deactivated and you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Closure or Suspension by jtea9

jtea9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) the player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) the player is found to be ineligible to hold an account; (c) jtea9 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; (d) the player's account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months; or (e) jtea9 is required to do so by a regulatory instruction or legal obligation.

Where an account is closed by jtea9 due to a breach of these terms, jtea9 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending review. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach (for example, business decision or inactivity), any real-money balance will be returned to the player via the registered payment method after standard verification.

9 Limitation of Liability

jtea9 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted availability of the platform, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or technical failures at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jtea9 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to a technical error beyond jtea9's reasonable control; losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your credentials; losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform; or any loss of data.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit jtea9's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless jtea9 and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claim, demand, liability, loss, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: your use of the platform; your breach of these Terms & Conditions; your violation of any applicable law; or your infringement of any third-party right.

Force Majeure

jtea9 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond jtea9's reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, power failures, internet service provider failures, or civil disturbances.

10 Amendments to These Terms

jtea9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they meaningfully affect your rights or obligations as a player — jtea9 will publish a revised effective date at the top of this page. In cases of significant changes, jtea9 may also notify registered players via the email address associated with their account, although such notification is not guaranteed for every revision.

It remains your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. The most current version of these Terms & Conditions always governs your use of the platform. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using jtea9 and may request account closure as described in Section 8 above. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written in English, which is the governing language of this Agreement. Any translation of this document into another language is provided for convenience only and does not have legal standing. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
